Aromatic, layered and approachable, the Luciano Foreign Affair Toro Extra is a boutique cigar built around an unusually diverse tobacco blend.
Foreign Affair pairs an Ecuadorian Sumatra wrapper with binders from Nicaragua and Ecuador, plus filler tobaccos from Nicaragua, Costa Rica and the Dominican Republic. The blend is made at the Luciano Cigars factory in Estelí, Nicaragua.
Flavor profile: Expect a developing mix of cedar, earth, roasted character, natural sweetness and spice, with the different tobaccos creating a layered smoking experience from start to finish.
Why it stands out: Foreign Affair was created around the idea of connection and globalization, bringing tobaccos from different growing regions together in one distinctive boutique blend. The 6½ x 52 Toro Extra format gives you a generous smoking session without pushing the cigar into an oversized format.
Stogies Says: Looking for something outside the usual rotation? Foreign Affair is a great $14.25 boutique pick when you want complexity, an interesting blend story and plenty of smoking time without stepping into premium collector pricing.
For adults 21 and over. Please enjoy responsibly.
