A collector-grade Plasencia release created for the 2025 Year of the Snake.
Plasencia El Año de la Culebra Edición Limitada 2025 is a 100% Nicaraguan puro featuring a distinctive 7 x 40 Lancero format. The blend uses Nicaraguan Habano wrapper, binder and filler tobaccos, delivering a medium-to-full-bodied profile with layers of leather, earth, spice and light pepper.
What makes it special: Each 10-count presentation includes eight 7 x 40 Lanceros plus one two-cigar Culebra. The two intertwined cigars create a unique visual tribute to the snake and give this release an unmistakable collector appeal.
Extremely limited production: Only 6,000 boxes were produced worldwide, with approximately half allocated to the U.S. market. That limited distribution, combined with the unusual Culebra presentation, makes this one of the more distinctive releases in Plasencia's annual Zodiac series.
Why collectors want it: The Year of the Snake combines Plasencia family-grown Nicaraguan tobacco, a classic slender Lancero format and a presentation rarely seen in premium cigars. It is designed for the smoker who values craftsmanship, scarcity and the story behind the cigar.
Stogies Says: This is not an everyday smoke. At $475, it's a statement piece for the serious Plasencia collector or aficionado looking for a limited Zodiac release. With only 2 boxes currently at Stogies, availability is genuinely limited.
For adults 21 and over. Please enjoy responsibly.
